Geneva is Sensational by Nature!

Geneva sits in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region.  Lake Shore Park in Geneva, which is adjacent to Seneca Lake State Park, offers 5 miles of great walking, jogging and biking trails alongside one of the longest and deepest lakes in the Finger Lakes.

Boat launching is available in many places including Lake Shore Park, Seneca Lake State Park, Inland Harbor Marina 315.789.7255 and Roy's Marina and Stivers Seneca Marine.

You will find many hiking, biking trails within minutes from Geneva at any level of expertise.  Geneva is the home to one of the best bicycle shops in the country -Geneva Bicycle Shop, in downtown Geneva.  Paddle boat and bike rental is available from Long Pier Ice Cream and Rentals, 315.781.2453, located west of the Ramada on the lakefront.

You may access the New York State Canal system on the north east part of the lake.  A private yacht club and other boating facilities are just around the bend.  When it comes to sailing, Seneca Lake has been host to many notable regattas.  Kayaking and Canoe rental is available from Fuzzy Guppies, as well as other exciting canal adventures!

The winter season offers great fun in the Finger Lakes. Try snow shoeing, cross country skiing and downhill skiing just minutes away.  Every season offers great outdoor activities for everyone in the family.
